Penalties

To provide with smooth and stress-free services, we need our customers to follow some basic norms and information about the platform and services.

Here are some easy and basic information to follow, breach of any may attract a penalty as follows :

Penalties :

Required Identity Proof or Driving License (not showed at the time of car delivery) :

Booking will be treated as cancelled if document not shown at the time of car delivery/receiving. Total amount (100%) of base fare +deliver/pickup charge will be charged(as applicable). Scan copy (A4) of license /xerox copy (original or otherwise) will not be accepted as a valid document.

Delay in Accepting Car Delivery from our representative /Driver:

No charge till first 15 minute (time starts from the representative /driver reached at your delivery destination) after 15 minute Rs 50 will be chargeable for every 15 minute of delay.

Overspeeding(above 120 km) :user have to avoid over speeding of car through out the whole rental period. Rs 500 for first incident and Rs 2000 on second incident will be charges as a fine after warning. On repeated incidents of overspeeding we will be compelled to barred the user from using the car and cab services.

Vehicle in dirty condition (interior) :Rs 500 for minor cleaning and Rs 1200 for thorough cleaning (dry clean) will be charged to user in case of car returning with dirty /messy condition (interior of car) due to spread of eatables/other things spread inside car.

Smoking/Alcohol: Any kind of alcohol or smoking not allowed inside the car, it may cause damage to car interior. In case of breach of these terms user may charged Rs 1000-2000 plus applicable damage charge related to interior.

Parking/traffic rule Violation : full amount of fine/fee for related violation plus cases from where we received notification after completion of booking time plus 500 for every 1 month delay in fee payment.

Less fuel at the time Returning the Car:

user will charges full amount for fuel refilling (actual fuel cost to level the tank as it was at the time of car delivery) + Rs 500 service charge

NON Returning of the Key: user will charged actual cost of key replacement +300 service charge if key not returned within 2 days of car returning.

Wrong place of car returning (other than place specify at the time of booking/modification) :

User will charge Rs. 500 pickup charge +Base fare charge and late penalty for the extra time till the vehicle is returned.
